Franciscan Clarist congregation (FCC) Devamatha Province member Rev.Sr.Lisieux Treasa Karivelil (Sosamma-78) passed away peacefully at Clarist convent Changanacherry on Thursday 7th February, 2013. She is survived by her younger sisters Mary Mathew [Mundackal, Athirampuzha], and Lissiamma Sebastian [Puthiyidathuchalil, Ramapuram]
Brothers: Late K.M Joseph (Former Chief Editor, Deepika), Late Fr.Mathew Karivelil, Late K.M John, Late K.M George, Late K.M Sebastian , Late K.M Luke (Former Prof.Fatima Mata National College, Kollam)
She served as a teacher at various high schools in Changanacherry, Kurumbanadam, Kannadi, and Peruvanthanam. She was also the Mother Superior of Mudiyoorkkara, veroorchira, and Fathimapuram convents.
Funeral: on 8th February, 2013 @ 2.00pm at: St. Mary’s Church, Parel, Changanacherry, Kerala.
